Total Mileage - 103
The tendonitis in my right foot is behaving when I take care of it, now its up to me to be diligent about getting proper therapy everyday. There is so much work to do before my fall marathon. Only someone who know the horrors of a bad marathon can understand the fear of showing up underprepared to a big race. That won't be me.
